This is a very important announcement!

This message is intended for everyone involved in Tennessee High School,
Middle School and Youth Rugby programs.  

During a recent conversation between myself (Mark Williams), Marty
Bradley and Mark Griffin (USAR high school and youth Director) it was
suggested that we put together a special conference call for the
Tennessee State Based Rugby Organization (SBRO).  The purpose of the
call is to review the progress and future developments going on with
USAR.  

This is your opportunity to hear first hand about what is happening at
the national level and an opportunity to voice your concerns.  Please
take the time to be involved in this event.  I would like to stress the
need for professional diplomacy and request that all participates use
thoughtful and meaningful discussion and refrain for any emotionally
charged attacks.  

I also want to once again stress involvement.  This is your chance to
hear things first-hand so please take advantage of this opportunity and
do not forget to pass this along to anyone who might be interested.
